Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 Business Days for items to be shipped.

Important:

The customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back for return/exchange. Haven Clothing is not responsible for any item(s) lost in the mail or damaged upon return. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s) we will reach out to you to confirm that the return/exchange was completed (Please write contact information on the back of the receipt). We do not hold items for any future exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not returned within 14 days of purchase, or is returned damaged. 

If you wish to exchange an item for another item of greater value, we will contact you for further payment and shipping information.

If you need to return an item that you received as a gift, and you do not have the original receipt, please email us at havenclothing22@gmail.com or call us at 1 (306)-641-9788 and we would be happy to assist you. 

Shipping your item back:

Please make sure that you include your receipt in the package + your name and contact information. Please indicate whether you are wanting an in-store credit or an exchange. Please allow up to 2-3 days business days for us to contact you back to let you know we have received your item.

We do not provide free return shipping.

Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice at your own expense.
